Job Description:
Position: Entry-Level Recruiter Experience: 0 to 2 Years Monthly Salary: 20,000 INR (Annual Salary – 2.4 Lakhs) + Incentives Location: 5/750, SAAC Building, Sabari Salai, Madipakkam, Chennai - 600091. Working Days: Monday to Saturday (Alternate) Office Hours: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM (On-Site Work Only) We currently have an immediate opening suitable for fresh graduates who are eager to join our rapidly expanding Recruitment team at DRC. Qualifications: Any Graduate / Postgraduate in HR preferred.
Job Responsibilities:
• Managing the end-to-end recruitment process.
• Sourcing candidates from various networking sites, referrals, and job portals.
• Screening candidate profiles to ensure alignment with open positions Desired Profile/Skills.
• Ability to meet revenue-driven targets.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications.
• Strong team player.
• Capable of multitasking and collaborating with multiple stakeholders.
• Interest in pursuing a full-time career in HR.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Eagerness to learn independently Selected candidates will undergo a comprehensive 15-day training program covering: Complete recruitment life cycle.
• Sourcing, screening, scheduling, and client coordination.
• Tracker management and candidate outreach.
• Effective utilization of job portals such as Naukri, LinkedIn, and ATS By the end of the training, you will have a solid understanding of the recruitment industry and be on par with corporate recruiters.
